Returns Policy

You may return a product only for the following reasons:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product
  • Expired product received

If you wish to return products due to ordering the wrong items or if you have changed your mind, we regret to inform you that we have a strict no return policy as we maintain high standards of quality and value for our products.

However, if you genuinely wish to exchange your product for something else, the customer will be responsible for covering the delivery fees for both the return and exchange.

Return Eligibility

Beauty products purchased from Seora can be returned within 7 days of receiving unused products only.

Our return policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Processing Returns
